The CBI needed to rank highly in search engines in order to reach the 200,000 plus searchers per month that look for climate change related terms. The CBI is tasked with influencing the government and business officials that determine climate change policy.

Solution

We created a content managed website that was optimised for search from launch. As well as allowing CBI to keep their content up to date, the system allowed Epiphany to ensure the pages were optimised for search engine rankings.

Genting Stanley Casinos

Business Challenge

Genting are the largest land-based Casino operator in the UK and recently launched Stanleycasinos.com, their first online offering, which is designed to be an extension of the land-based casinos. Epiphany was bought on board at the development stage of the website and was charged with exposing the site to as large an online audience as possible.

Firstly, Epiphany set about optimising the content of the online platform, authoring guides on poker play and tips 'n' tricks for the games; blogging about these guides in relevant areas to encourage online buzz.

We then undertook a large‐scale link acquisition campaign encouraging sites of all shapes and sizes to link to the new platform. To keep fresh content coming to the site, we rolled out a blog with an integrated industry news feed that keeps the site growing in order to satisfy Google's content algorithm.

During design phase, site architecture was evaluated and modified to ensure optimal performance in search engines. We made recommendations for the content strategy and community engagement strategies were created, in order to position the site as a destination for the gaming community in the search engines eyes.

Within a matter of months the website reached the first page of Google.co.uk for terms like 'casinos' and the campaign generated more than 38,000 unique visits in no time at all.
