		<description>Pleased to say that the stormy waters seem to be settling and my sites have recovered some valuable lost positions. Not all is perfect but it is substantially better than before.

You might find this yourself - at least every month google shakes up the index and positions go a bit awry. Ususally it is nothing to panic about but this month /did/ feel like a big shakedown.

For the record, one emergency measure i took in light of a massive index change was to clean up all my pages and get rid of any dead or broken links.

Just a bit of spring cleaning to keep the panic at bay!</description>
