Client Services Manager

We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Client Services Manager in this ambitious and rapidly expanding search agency.

Based in Leeds, you will head up the Client Services team, managing and maintaining a team environment focused on retaining and growing client accounts. You will have responsibility for appraisals, 121s, personal development, workflow, staffing and employee issues.  You will also collaborate with sales and finance teams to reach revenue goals and support post-sales efforts.

You will account handle a small number of key accounts, providing excellent customer service and setting a best practice example for the rest of the team.  Helping to shape and manage budgets, timescales and campaign strategy, you will have a sound knowledge of all things search and digital.

This is a key role within the agency and will require you to liaise and work with internal departments and clients effectively and report to the Commercial Director.

Your communication skills will be top notch, with a knack of motivating team members, and educating clients and colleagues alike of effective concepts. You will be a highly strategic thinking, multi-tasker with strong client facing and presentation skills, with at least 3 years agency experience and prior experience of managing a team.

The salary is competitive based on experience, with performance bonus and benefits.
